Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Pull-Up Club ("we", "our", or "the app") handles information when you use our mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

Pull-Up Club is designed with privacy in mind. The app collects minimal information necessary for it to function:

• Workout Data: The app stores your workout information locally on your device, including:
  • Workout type and configuration
  • Number of sets and repetitions
  • Workout start and end times
• No Personal Information: The app does not currently collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, or location.
• No Account Data: The app does not currently require user accounts or registration, so no account information is collected.

2. How We Use Your Information

All workout data is stored locally on your device using SQLite database. This data is used solely to:

• Display your workout history
• Track your progress over time
• Provide functionality within the app

Your workout data is currently not transmitted, shared, or sold to third parties. All workout data currently remains on your device and is not sent to external servers.

The only data currently transmitted from the app is technical error information sent to Sentry (as described in Section 3) for the purpose of improving app stability.

3. Third-Party Services

The app uses the following third-party service for error tracking and app improvement:

• Sentry: We use Sentry, an error tracking and monitoring service, to help us identify and fix bugs in the app. When errors or warnings occur, the app automatically sends the following information to Sentry:
  • Error messages and stack traces
  • App version and build number
  • Device information (operating system, device model, screen size)
  • Timestamp of when the error occurred
  • Technical logs related to the error

Important: Sentry is configured to not store personally identifiable information (PII).

Sentry's data is stored on their servers and is subject to their Privacy Policy. We use Sentry solely for the purpose of improving app stability and user experience.

All fonts and other assets are bundled with the app and do not require network requests.

4. Data Storage and Security

Currently, all workout data is stored locally on your device in a SQLite database file. This data is:

• Stored in your device's secure application documents directory
• Not accessible by other apps on your device
• Not backed up to cloud services unless you have enabled device backups
• Deleted when you uninstall the app

Technical error data sent to Sentry is stored on Sentry's servers and is subject to their security practices and privacy policy. Sentry is configured to not store PII.

5. Data Deletion

You can delete your workout data at any time by:

• Deleting individual workouts within the app
• Uninstalling the app, which will remove all stored workout data

Since all workout data is currently stored locally on your device, we do not have access to your workout data and cannot delete it on your behalf.

6. Children's Privacy

Pull-Up Club is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can address the issue.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.

8. Your Rights

Since all workout data is currently stored locally on your device, you have full control over your workout data. You can:

• View all stored workout data within the app
• Delete any or all workout data at any time
• Export your workout data (if such functionality is added in the future)
